The first time I saw her it was fantastic
So beautiful was she it was like magic
I think I knew from the very start
She had found a place deep in my heart

To her I said, please come away with me
To this she replied, and where would that be
I said to her I would not care
To be with you I'd be happy anywhere

She looked at me and answered with a smile
My heart beating so hard all the while
She said I'm sorry but I cannot go away
As this is where I belong and here I must stay

Walking away knowing, I would see her never
