I love the
days of love so tender,
The first glance of eyes to meet,
Young loves’ hearts being filled with splendor,
Yes I remember how sweet.
Eyes fall upon each other with gleams,
The throbbing of two young hearts,
A breathless feeling for hours it seems,
Deep longings when one departs.
As lovers look back again to gaze,
Sparkling lights steal the long night,
Eyes full of love heavy in a daze,
Everything just feels so right.
Simmering hearts so in love with need,
Sweet young lovers they could be,
Faces aglow, they longingly heed,
One day they know they’ll be We.
Oh I remember such young love too,
How young loves need each other,
Just the thought of love being for you,
Brings to mind a sweet lover.
