Do you hear what I am saying?
It's time to get moving....
Open your eyes...let's get
Busy and start praying!


It's an invisible war that's going on
The enemy is upon us ........
We need to send out an alarm
And raise a spiritual a fuss!


Has the church fallen asleep
With the covers over it's head?
Hadn't we better get a move on
And get up...out of that bed!


After that...it's time to "clean up"
Seek the Lord and repent of our sin....
Get rid of all the darkness....
Open up our heart's...let 'Jesus" in!


Stop the chambering and wantonness
Sexual immoralities and shame
Flee from fornication...all of sin
So a finger isn't pointed in blame


The next thing is to "Dress Up"
Putting on the armor of God......
Wearing the "Helmet" of salvation
With the "Sword of the Spirit"
We'll trod......


Placing the "Breastplate of
Righteousness
Girding our loins with the truth
Of God
Not forgetting the shield of
Faith
And with the "Gospel of Peace"
Be shod!


We can't win souls in heaven
Our work is cut out for us now
By spreading God's word and teaching
Not.......by the sweat of the brow


"God's" alarm clock is going off....
All around us...it's time to take heed
Soon Jesus will be back for His church
Let's wake up....with God's speed!
