"The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness,
Prepare ye the way of the LORD,
make straight in the desert a highway for our God."
Isaiah 40:3

The Voice Of God

The Glory of the Lord inaugurates,
Alighting on one of His choice,
His living waters pour over and through,
Beatitudes unveil God's Voice.

Loving and submissive is God’s sent one,
Chosen to minister His Word,
The Holy Spirit leaves His redolence,
Sweetly the Voice of God’s been stirred.

The Power and the Glory of the Lord,
Rests upon His beloved sent one,
Humble and gentle as a lamb can be,
He reveals the Incarnate Son.

Sweet smelling blessings touch upon many,
Emit miracles and wonder,
Through His ceded vessel rolls forth God’s Voice,
Who thus casts evils asunder.

The Voice of God lifts up like thunder roars,
Lovingly breathes awed reverence,
And as this lamb of God calls forth,
Jesus brings sweet deliverance.

The resplendency of the Lord’s Divine,
Powerful with such sweet brilliance,
Uncovering and making known God’s Will,
“Sent one” sings His Magnificence.
