The Red
Lilies
Brilliant
lilies ablaze in crimson red,
Shining centers of Glory,
E'er portray the truth of Jesus' blood shed,
God's Son and His Love Story.
I looked at these beauties in amazement,
Seeing God's Own purity,
Only He could grace and adorn Love's Event,
Make known Jesus' Surety.
Grand are blooms that are embellished as thus,
Yet the red lilies in hand,
Speak clearly portraying our Lord Jesus,
The Blood and Glory e'er stand.
Remember to look at God's vividness,
The red lilies truly stun,
Ablaze with brilliance they yield preciousness,
Verily speak of the Son.
