Snow Flakes
Snow flakes falling on the ground
Beautifully sparkling brilliantly
Like crystals or diamonds
Sprinkled all over everything visible
Pure white fluffy snow
Glistening and shining in a majestic way
Bunnies and birds running around
In the new fallen snow
Children playing merrily
In the lovely fallen snow
Making glorious snow angels
All in a magnificent row
Laughing and giggling
Having a tremendous amount of fun
Building snow forts and castles
Rolling around in the beautiful snow
Making a large old snowman
With a big carrot nose
He has two stick arms
Dad’s old hat upon his head
Snowflakes falling on children’s lashes
Making their eyes twinkle with merriment
With lovely rosy cheeks and noses
From playing out in the cold
Going sledding with friends and family
Down steep snow covered hills
With God as their co-pilot
Laughing and giggling all the way
While the beautiful snow flakes
Are falling on children’s stocking cap heads
Glistening, sparkling like diamonds
In pure white splendor
