~ An
Hour With You~
Sisters Forever
I have this special friend,
I met on the internet,
I have ne'er seen her face,
But she is my sister yet.
I have become close to her,
As close as family you see,
She is my God given friend,
And precious as can be.
I hope to have her around,
And one day meet my sis,
Without her daily e-mails,
My life is surly amiss.
If I should depart this earth,
Going before my friend,
I will wait in the heavens,
Until that way she wends.
If I am the first take the leap,
I will save a seat on a cloud,
I will write her name with the stars,
It will make her oh, so proud.
I will sprinkle it with stardust,
Making it glitter and glow,
I'll get the sun to shine a beam,
So her seat in the clouds will show.
It will shine like diamonds,
Or new droplets of dew,
I will keep it soft and bright,
So it will sparkle too,
I will patiently await my friend,
Until her arrival betides,
I'll have a rainbow ready,
For a gleeful heavenly slide.
We will bounce upon the clouds,
From points on the stars we'll swing,
Explore the moon in the morning,
Glide the milky way in the rain.
I will always have a sis to share,
Events in life here below,
I know she will meet me on the cloud,
With sisterly love aglow.
