Soon, we'll be ushering in
Year Two Thousand and Five
With many new hopes…
And wishes we'll strive

Reflecting upon all things
Some old and some new
Feeling's of happiness….
Along with sad ones too

Year after year…
As each new one passes
With hope's afire, we pray
Won't turn into ashes…..

We make new resolutions
With determination, to keep
As we toast "Auld Lang Syne"
Hugging, as we try not to weep…

Let's be thankful unto God
For the year that has past
Asking for "His" blessings
Through this New Year
To last!
