In The Mornings

In the mornings I first welcome You,
And I thank You for the day,
How I forever realize too,
You’re my Lord in every way.

For the way I am depends upon,
Yielding all my heart to You,
Believe me I reach way out beyond,
In prayer drawing You near too.

For You are my heart, You are my love,
Oh I’m thankful for You Lord,
I can have You anytime thereof,
I’m grateful to be restored.

In the mornings You hear my old plea,
Yes I begin rather slow,
But no morning is my cup of tea,
And still Your blessings so flow.

Oh without You Lord I wouldn’t be,
And I need to say again,
You’re all my life You’re just all of me,
How I need You to sustain.

I do love You Lord with all my heart,
Yes I bless and give You praise,
And my song I sing I now impart,
Just to You my love arrays.
