Oh God, I bow before you,
The creator of all things seen,
The Father of the Savior,
With love, my sins were cleaned.
A baby born long ago,
In a stable in Bethlehem,
Joseph sought a room,
None was found for them.
A star shone so brightly,
Directing all to the King,
Angel bands gathered,
Praises to Him would sing.
From a babe in a manger,
To a Man emitting miraculous love,
Multitudes sought Him,
The Son, God sent from above.
Born in a stable, hung upon a cross,
Scourged, crucified and mocked,
He gave His life for you and me,
Permeated love where He walked.
If we will but follow along the path,
Walk like our Lord before us,
We will bask in the Glory of God,
With Jesus who loved us thus.
