Always In My Heart

You will be forever in my prayers
And forever always in my heart,
Because I have built a bond of love
That will never stray or depart.

You have touched my life so much
And you shared your heart with me,
That is why I can say to you.
We will both win the victory

If we put out trust in Jesus Christ
Who suffered on Calvary's Cross,
Then nothing can defeat us ever again
And there’s no way we can get lost.

We may suffer daily trials at times
That may leave our hearts so sad,
And though friends may sometimes be busy
Jesus is the best friend you’ll ever have.

There may be times you think I am gone
and perhaps don’t even care.
But I promise my precious friend
I will try to always be here.
