A Choice of God's

Today, knelt to pray for a friend
Asked God, "Not him today."
Then in minutes his life was over
God had taken him away.

Knowing he was in good hands
And was needed in Heaven
Was laying there unable to pray
Yet his sins were forgiven.

Knowing this was a Christian man
His heart was filled with love
His fate was for God to decide
He was taking him Above

No matter what we see in a man
What God sees in his heart
Living a life that's worthy of God
In time he will do his part.
